At TPSDI, you can learn about Green Energy, Safety, Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, and more. Currently, the Free Training Program focuses on Solar PV, which includes four types of training schemes, each designed for specific job roles.

1) Solar Installer, Engineers & Technicians Training
- Duration: 60 Hours (Around 7 Days)
- Age: Minimum 18 years
- Eligibility: ITI or Diploma holders (completed)
2) Rooftop Solar Supervisors Training
- Duration: 32 Hours (Around 4 Days)
- Age: Minimum 18 years
- Eligibility: ITI with experience in solar installations / Polytechnic Diploma/ B.E/B.Tech (Passed)
3) Training of DISCOM Officials
- Duration: Around 2 Days
- Eligibility: Nominated by DISCOMS
4) Helpers & Assistant Technicians Training
- Duration: 60 Hours (Around 7 Days)
- Eligibility: Minimum 5th pass students, OR Electricians with at least 1-year experience.
5) Training for Entrepreneurs as Vendors
- Duration: 72 Hours (Around 9 Days)
- Eligibility: Polytechnic or Graduate students who have completed their studies.
