AAI is inviting applications for Junior Executive positions in various disciplines based on GATE 2023, 2024, and 2025 scores. AAI has opened up 976 positions for Junior Executives in a variety of fields:

• Junior Executive (Electronics): 527 posts
• Junior Executive (Engineering – Electrical): 208 posts
• Junior Executive (Engineering – Civil): 199 posts
• Junior Executive (Information Technology): 31 posts
• Junior Executive (Architecture): 11 posts

Note: Reservation is available for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwBD candidates as per Government of India rules.

Eligibility Criteria | AAI Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification:

• Architecture: Bachelor’s degree in architecture + registration with the Council of Architects.
• Civil Engineering: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Electrical Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Electronics: A bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications, or electrical engineering with an emphasis on electronics.
• IT: B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics, or MCA.

Note: Valid GATE Score in 2023 / 2024 / 2025 is mandatory for all posts.

Age Limit:

• Maximum Age: 27 years as on 27.09.2025.
• Relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC-NCL), 10 years (PwBD).

Benefits & Salary | AAI Recruitment 2025

• Pay range: ₹40,000 to 1,40,000 (E-1 Grade).
• CTC is approximately ₹13 lakh per year.
• Other benefits include Dearness Allowance, HRA, 35% perks, CPF, Gratuity, Medical facilities, and Social Security plans.
• Note: The Junior Executive (Electronics) position requires a 6-month training period and a ₹7 lakh bond to serve AAI for at least 3 years.

AAI Recruitment Selection Process 2025

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their normalized GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 results in the relevant discipline.
• AAI will create a merit list based on GATE performance.
• Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for document verification.
• Following verification, candidates must pass an AAI-compliant Medical Examination.
• The final decision will be based on the GATE score, eligibility verification, and medical fitness.

Note: There is no written exam or interview; selection is purely based on GATE score and verification.

2. Navigate to the “Careers” section and select the online application link.
3. Register using a valid email address and mobile phone number (cannot be changed later).
4. Fill in your personal, educational, and GATE information carefully.
5. Upload the scanned photo and signature as instructed.
6. Pay the ₹300 application fee online (exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Female/AAI Apprentices).
7. Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.

Documents Required

At the time of Document Verification, candidates must produce the following:

1. Printout of the Application Form (submitted online).
2. GATE Admit Card & Score Card (2023 / 2024 / 2025, as applicable).
3. Educational Certificates & Marksheets (10th, 12th, and Degree).
4. Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate in the relevant discipline.
5. Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License).
6. Passport Size Photographs (as per application form specifications).
7. Caste / Category Certificate (if applicable – SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS).
8. PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
9. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (for Govt./PSU employees).
