Eligibility Criteria for ADA Project Assistant 2025

Candidates must have First Class marks in the required qualification. Eligibility can be met through any of the following:

  • Option 1: B.E/B.Tech in First Class + valid GATE score
  • Option 2: B.E/B.Tech + M.E/M.Tech, both in First Class
  • Option 3: B.E/B.Tech in First Class + 2 years post-qualification experience in relevant field
For Computer Science / IT (Sl. No. 2):
  • B.Sc + M.Sc in CS/IT/IS&E (both First Class) + valid GATE/NET score OR 2 years relevant work experience
For Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication (Sl. No. 4):
  • B.Sc + M.Sc in Electronics/Telecom (both First Class) + valid GATE/NET score OR 2 years relevant work experience

Note: Candidates must carry original degree certificates and mark sheets. Only those who have completed degrees are eligible. (Provisional certificates accepted for 2024 & 2025 pass-outs).

ADA Recruitment 2025 Salary

  • Stipend: ₹37,000/- per month
  • HRA: Extra as per govt. rules
  • Total Initial Pay (Approx): ₹48,100/- per month

Note: This is a fixed stipend for Project Assistants, with HRA depending on posting location.

Selection Process for ADA Project Assistant 2025

  • Selection will be based on performance in the Walk-In Interview.
  • A panel of shortlisted candidates will be prepared and will remain valid for 1 year.
  • Being in the panel does not guarantee automatic selection. Candidates will be engaged depending on the availability of vacancies in ongoing or upcoming projects.
  • Final decision of ADA management will be binding.
