1. Help with daily accounting tasks and the important steps needed to close the books at the end of the month.
2. Complete routine finance duties such as invoice tracker maintenance, vendor master creation, PO tracker maintenance, and purchase order issuance, while aggressively attempting to apply AI to automate, evaluate, and optimize daily finance operations.
3. Assist with the production of GST and TDS returns, actively manage GST input credit reconciliations, and issue TDS deductions, deposits, and certificates.
4. Manage suppliers from start to finish, including new vendor onboarding and fast payment processing.
5. Manage international payments, including cross-border payouts, while assuring regulatory compliance through Form 15CA/CB filings.
6. Familiarity with AI-based finance tools is useful for automating reconciliations, tax procedures, and reporting.

1. Education: B.COM / MBA / CA (Inter Passout)
