Punjab and Sind Bank Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (as on 04.09.2025)
A graduate degree in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory Bodies.
The candidate must have a valid mark sheet/degree certificate at the time of online registration.
Candidates should state their percentage of marks (convert CGPA/OGPA to percentage according to university guidelines).
Percentage Calculation:
Total marks obtained ÷ Total maximum marks × 100.
Example: 59.99% = not eligible (considered < 60%).
Work Experience
A minimum of 18 months of regular work experience in the Officer Cadre at any Public Sector Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB).
Experience with NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Private Banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks, or FinTechs will not be considered.
Candidates who have been terminated or removed from service by their previous employer will be considered ineligible.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
Candidate must be born not earlier than 02.08.1995 and not later than 01.08.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Selected Local Bank Officers (LBOs) will begin at the initial basic pay plus three increments in the JMGS-I scale.
