Roles & Responsibilities | IGI Airport Vacancy 2025

Airport Ground Staff (Male & Female)

• Helping passengers with the check-in, boarding, and security procedures.
• Handling airline ticket reservations, inquiries, and customer service.
• Managing the baggage counters and boarding gates.
• Ensure that terminal operations run smoothly.
• Providing wheelchair/elderly assistance as needed.
• Maintaining passenger satisfaction while ensuring that airline policies are followed.
• Working in rotational shifts, including nights, with one weekly off.

Airport Loader (Male Only)

• Loading and unloading baggage or cargo from aircraft and trolleys.
• Assisting with aircraft cabin cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
