IB JIO 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for the IB Junior Intelligence Officer (JIO-II/Tech) has three stages. Each stage checks the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and personality.

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Duration: 2 hours

Stage 3: Interview / Personality Test

• Candidates who have been shortlisted from the Skill Test will be interviewed.
• This stage checks confidence, communication skills, and overall personality.
• Total Marks: 20
