LIC AAO 2025 – Educational Qualification

To apply for LIC AAO 2025, you must have the following qualifications, depending on the position you are applying for:

  • AAO (Company Secretary): Must have graduated and be an ICSI qualified member.
  • AAO (Actuarial): Graduation in any field, plus completion of at least six papers from the Institute of Actuaries of India or the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the United Kingdom.
  • AAO (Insurance Specialist): Graduation in any stream, plus Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India (Life stream).
  • AAO (Legal): A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
  • AAO (Generalist): A degree in any field from a reputable university.
  • Assistant Engineer (Civil): Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved college.
  • Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE-approved college.
  • AAO (Chartered Accountant): Graduation + Successful completion of the ICAI Final Exam and membership as an Associate Member.
Age Limit
  • Minimum age is 21 years (must have completed 21 years).
  • Maximum age: 30 years (born between August 2, 1995 and August 1, 2004).
  • AAO (Chartered Accountant/Legal): The maximum age limit is 32 years.
