Educational Qualifications for Wipro Elite Hiring 2025

• 10th Standard: Minimum 60% grades or above.
• 12th Standard: Minimum 60% grades or above
• Graduation: At least 60% grades or a CGPA of 6.0 or higher (according to your university’s criteria).

• Candidates must be graduating in 2025

• B.E. / B.Tech. (Mandatory Degree)
• M.E. / M.Tech. (Only 5-Year Integrated Programs)

Compensation (Salary)

• Package: ₹3.50 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) under the Elite hiring category

Service Agreement

• Bond Period: 12 months after joining
• If the bond is broken, a penalty of ₹75,000 will apply on a pro-rata basis

Nationality:

• Applicants must be Indian citizens, or
• Hold a valid PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card if you have a foreign passport.
• Bhutanese and Nepalese citizens must provide legitimate citizenship certificates.

>> Backlogs: Candidates must clear all backlogs before completing their 8th semester.

>> Education Gap: A maximum of 3 years gap is allowed between Class 10 and the start of graduation.

>> No Gap During graduating: The graduating degree must be completed within four years; no breaks are permitted during this period.

>> Recognized Education: Must be enrolled in a full-time degree program recognized by the Central or State Government of India.

>> Assessment Cool-Off: Only applicants who have had at least a 3-month break since their last Wipro assessment are allowed to apply.

>> Age Requirement: Candidates must be 18 or older at the time of registration.

Wipro Elite Hiring 2025 | Selection Process

Round 1: Online Assessment

This is the first and most significant stage in the choosing process. The evaluation is broken into three main sections:

1) Aptitude Test

• Logical Reasoning
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Verbal Ability (English)
• This section evaluates your problem-solving and analytical thinking.

2) Written Communication Test

• You will be required to compose an essay on a certain topic.

3) Programming Test
